You don't hear a lot about Robert Crisp or his book Feeding A Giant, Advanced Network Marketing. The MLM success tips, quotes, laws, and strategies in this book when implemented will inspire and empower you to become a feeder, and a leader. Robert Crisp says statements like, "I'm not good at selling," or "I'm too shy to be good with people," or "I can't do that," or "I can't say that," are self denigrating statements." These statements are proof that we have beliefs, actions, and characteristics we've learned in the past that don't serve us well in the present to get the MLM marketing success we want in the now and in the future. The serious network marketer is aware of this and has consciously chosen to transform because they know they deserve a paradigm shift. Robert said, "Celebrate the new day with a new spirit. If you have successes build on them. If your life has been one disappointment after another, forget it, move on, this is your time to climb!" Isn't now a good time to leave off all your past limitations? Isn't now a good time to breakthrough all of your self-imposed obstacles. Your commitment for personal growth will usually determine your teams commitment for their personal growth. So how many books, CDs, mp3s, seminars, and webinars do you invest your time in on a daily, weekly, and yearly basis? How many videos, articles, email blasts, call blasts, tweets, Facebook posts, blog posts and other various marketing strategies do you produce on a daily, weekly, and yearly basis? How much traffic do you drive to your sites? How many leads do you generate everyday? How many prospects do you talk to daily and most importantly how many do you recruit on a daily or weekly basis? Your commitment to market your business will usually determine your teams commitment. Your commitment to recruit and build your business will influence your team to do the same. How many group trainings, webinars, video trainings, and one on one strategy sessions do you have with your team? Are you hand-holding your team or feeding them?
